Contact the City Clerk for additional public hearing information. All meetings begin at 6 p.m. Hearings are conducted at the Dacono City Annex Building #C, located behind City Hall, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, Colorado 80514.

     Planning & Zoning Commission

  • December 13, 2022.  The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, to consider amending Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code to add a new Section 16-12 concerning fence permit requirements.    
  • December 13, 2022.  The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, to consider amending Chapters 16 and 17 of the Dacono Municipal Code concerning withdrawal of land use applications, inactive land use applications, and public notice requirements for land use hearings.
