     Planning & Zoning Commission

  • February 14, 2023.  The City of Dacono Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023, for the purpose of considering a proposed rezoning of certain property from Commercial Residential District (C-R) and Light Industrial District (I-1) to Commercial Residential District (C-R) and a site plan for Northern Ridge Baptist Church. The address of the property that is the subject of the request is 800 Bryan Court and the approximate location of the property is the southwest corner of the intersection of State Highway 52 and Bryan Court.  The legal description of the property is Lot 2, Dacono Gateway Centre 2nd Replat, City of Dacono, County of Weld, State of Colorado.
  • February 14, 2023.  The City of Dacono Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023, for the purpose of considering amendments to Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code prohibiting motorized vehicle, boat, equipment, or recreational vehicle sales, service, rental, or consignment in all zone districts of the city and adding use standards for motor vehicle service facilities.

  • February 13, 2023. The City Council of the City of Dacono will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Avenue, Building C, Dacono, Colorado 80514.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider approval of an amendment to Dacono Forward, the City of Dacono Comprehensive Plan 2017, approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission to include an I-25 Subarea Plan.
