All meetings begin at 6 p.m. Hearings are conducted at the Dacono City Annex Building #C, located behind City Hall, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, Colorado 80514. Copies of the application are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 512 Cherry Avenue, Dacono, CO 80514, during regular business hours upon request.

     Planning & Zoning Commission

  • November 28, 2023. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Dacono will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Dacono City Hall Annex, 512 Cherry Street, Building C, Dacono, CO 80514. The purpose of the meeting is to consider PC Resolution 23-07, a recommendation for denial of an application for rezoning from R-1 Residential, C-R Commercial Residential, and C-1 Commercial zone districts to Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zone District with Single-Family Detached Residential (R-SF), Single-Family Attached Residential (R-SFA), Multifamily Residential (R-MF), and Commercial (C) land uses; a proposed PUD Preliminary Development Plan; and a proposed Preliminary Plat for the Sweetgrass Subdivision.  The public hearing, held November 14, 2023, is closed, and no additional public comment will be received.
